Scenario prompts 6 May 2025

Going to try a new format. I will only highlight one scenario prompt. If you want more details and the other prompts, you can visit my website or subscribe to my substack.

The scenario prompt for today is whether your organisation structure is fit for purpose and which alternatives you should consider, such as the Haier model. Breaking your company into thousands of micro enterprises.

Use this prompt to explore the relevance, assess whether it is an opportunity or threat, analyse the timeline and impact on your organisation. Is it a hard or soft trend? Consider multiple possible futures across 1, 3, 5, and 10 years time horizons.

The other prompts are AI, self repairing machines, toilet paper, sinofuturism, data centres in space, self driving trucks, and bio electronics. You can find them here.
