AI, 25 books, 25 lessons

A client translated my book about books (25 of them) about AI into 25 lessons. Could not done it better myself:

  1. Humans, not AI, are the real upgrade

  2. Augmented natural intelligence beats artificial intelligence

  3. Abstraction is power — culture becomes the differentiator

  4. Operating models matter more than tools

  5. Data without context is dangerous

  6. Intelligence is not exclusively human

  7. Consciousness is the real battleground

  8. Acceleration without wisdom amplifies harm

  9. Citizen developers will reshape organisations

  10. AI becomes the engine of execution

  11. Legacy architecture is the silent killer

  12. Interpretation outranks information

  13. The human definition of intelligence is too narrow

  14. Ecosystems think better than hierarchies

  15. Inner development is the antidote to ai dominance

  16. Transhumanism is inevitable — ethics are optional only once

  17. Augmentation will create new inequalities

  18. Decision systems define leadership quality

  19. Machines improve decisions, values decide outcomes

  20. Capitalism is structurally misaligned with the future

  21. Technosocialism is an outcome, not an ideology

  22. Control models fail in complex systems

  23. Non-binary thinking is required for a non-binary world

  24. The greatest risk is unexamined human intent

  25. The future rewards self-aware leaders
