Water has to be the basis of true AI

AI needs to be water-based in order to become truly intelligent. This created bubbles in my mind (excuse the pun).  Years ago I read “The hidden messages in water”. How words determine the molecular structure. The article and the book dovetail completely with my book about books about AI. The conclusion is the augmented natural intelligence is the only way forward. This article links quantum, natural intelligence and AI. We are 70% water.  You are the upgrade.

Water, not silicon, has to be the basis of true AI

Could AI ever replace humans? Not so long as the physical basis of AI is solid-state silicon chips. Only liquid-based computation, preferably with water as the solvent, could enable AI to achieve human-like intelligence. You need unlimited stochasticity for that. Stochasticity refers to the inherent randomness or unpredictability in a system.  All human (water based) interactions between the different levels of organisation harness stochasticity, whether at the molecular level, cell, tissue, organ and system levels, and—importantly—at the social level. This is the main reason why organisms cannot be represented by purely deterministic algorithms. Organisms have no need to develop special random-number software.

This is the article.
