Challenge
You tell us the challenge you are facing. We will put together a number of books that address the challenge from a number of angles. You don’t have to read.
Briefing
We will brief you for about 40 minutes about the key concepts of those books.
Conversation
We then facilitate a conversation with the team. That also takes about 40 minutes and that session merges the wisdom of the best business minds with the collective wisdom of the organisation.
Question storm
We then stop and do a question storming session for about 5-10 minutes.
Theme
The question storming session always highlights a core theme.
Solve
That theme is used for the second session, where we pick one specific book, relevant to the challenge, the team, the discussions and the questions. That specific book is used as the platform to go and solve the challenge.
The magic
Usually, within the 2 sessions, the challenge is addressed. Faster, from within the company, with lower resistance and quicker execution.
